What is your return policy?
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without the e-mail receipt sent to email@example.com alongside your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.
For the return to be accepted the item(s) must be in unused condition, undamaged, unaltered, without scratches and in original packaging,
Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 21 days of being received.
What if my item is damaged defective, or incorrect?

When can I expect my refund?
If you paid by credit or debit card or directly via Klarna’s app the amount will be transferred back to the account or card used within 5 working days, from the time the return has been processed.

We currently ship within Europe.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all purchases.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped we will send you the tracking number by e-mail. If you haven’t received your tracking number, reach out to us at email@example.com
Will my order be insured?
Each parcel is insured until it is delivered to you. If you allow the carrier to deliver your parcel without signature, for example outside your front door Bonnie S will not take responsibility for the delivery.
